I met Priscilla in high school, we had gone to a football game with some mutual friends and went to steak and shake before hand. It was too fun! Then we ended up being in the same friend group for a while!
Then we reconnected again when she won an engagement shoot! Then she trusted me enough after that to shoot her wedding! I’m nothing but grateful for these two, because they’re the coolest, and they believed in me before even I did! 🙂
This wedding was absolutely stunning. Priscilla was such a beautiful bride, and her bridesmaids were the perfect accessory. Mitch and I had so much fun with the bridal party we couldn’t stop talking about it the whole way home! Its so hard to say what my favorite part of wedding days are. Lets just make a list of top 5 for this one:
- Sunset portraits
- Priscilla’s dress had POCKETS.
- Their choreographed first dance
- Sunset portraits
- The bridal party entrance
- details details details
- The choreographed bridesmaids dance
- The bridal party
- The matron of honors song
- Did I mention sunset portraits?
I could have easily gone to 25 on that list, (without repeats). But really, these pictures are going to be some of my favorites I already know it!
Thank you Priscilla + Cody for trusting me when you hired me with zero wedding experience and a few engagement shoots under my belt. Mitchell and I couldn’t be more thankful to know you and to have spent your day with you.
xoxo, KarliWhen I saw these shoes, my eyes had hearts in them. FOR SURE.Tears. Tears, tears, tears.MORE TEARS, MOOOORE TEARS!MOST TEARS!!! THE MOST TEARS!If you only knew how we got this picture… (hint, I was definitely on Mitch’s shoulders)We were BATTLING the wind, so instead of getting mad about it, the girls had fun with it!Such fun entrances!I don’t know whose face is better… Kenny’s or Cody’s?I heard Taylor Swift’s song “Love Story” at work yesterday, I’d be lying if during the chorus “Cody + P were always meant to be” wasn’t sang in my head…OH MY.THESE TWO.If we weren’t on a schedule I would have stayed out here for hours. When the lights went out, and they started dancing I knew this was going to be a good one.THE BIG MOVE!too sweet, my heart!!Priscilla is like … “what are you guys doing?!”Then she gets up and joins them!!
